Refund Policy 

If for any reason you change your mind on your beautiful ring, we offer a full refund within 14 days*.

Follow these easy steps:

• Contact us via email, annabel@bellotafinejewellery.com, or Instagram direct message quoting your order number.

• Let us know you would like a refund.

• We will respond with all the details on where to post the ring back to. Return delivery will be at your expense.

• Return the goods to us in undamaged, original condition, including the velvet box it arrived in,

• Once we have received the item, and it has been inspected by our jeweller, you will be issued a full refund to the card you used to purchase excluding the delivery cost. This will normally take 3 weeks from receipt but could be sooner.

*Please note resized rings are bespoke and cannot be returned.

Any ring that has been altered in any way by a third party (resized or otherwise) also cannot be returned. Bellota Fine Jewellery are not reponsible for incorrect ring sizes taken by other third parties or jewellers.
